Vanessa Blakeley brings to Maverick Hospitality more than a decade of experience working behind the bar; from slow Monday nights, to volume nights and days like working on the finish line on Marathon Monday for years. After going back to school and completing a Master’s degree in Executive Leadership & Administration from Boston College, she focused on small business operations with a specialization of empowering non-traditional entrepreneurs, i.e., women and minority-owned businesses.  She currently serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Gerrish School of Business at Endicott College in Beverly, MA, where she mentors emerging professionals in leadership, management, and growth strategies.  She brings expertise in strategic leadership, accelerating brands' scale, and team optimization to Maverick. Here her mission is both clear and ambitious: to drive sustainable growth while maintaining quality, elevate individual contributors and leadership alike, and ensure no opportunity goes unexplored.  She is always ready to talk to shop, and gets really excited to hear a new idea, especially from inside the team.
