Felipe Florez
Culinary Operations Manager
Chef Felipe began his culinary journey at a young age after moving to the United States from Colombia at 15 and growing up in East Boston. Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in restaurant management, menu development, inventory control, food and labor costing, and team leadership.
