Culinary Operations Manager

Originally from North Andover, Massachusetts, Colby began his career in hospitality at a local pizza shop—his first job. That early experience sparked a passion for food and hospitality that led them to culinary school and a progressive career working his way up through the industry. In his current role he works closely with his team to ensure every dish meets the highest standards of quality and consistency, always with the goal of delivering an exceptional dining experience for every guest. Outside of work, he's traveled to 25 countries, and enjoys quality time time with his Australian Shepherd.
