Culinary Operations Manager

The Culinary Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing kitchen operations across all Maverick Hospitality locations. This role serves as the primary link between company officers, the Director of Culinary Operations, and store-level kitchen management. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, upholding culinary excellence, consistency, and operational efficiency. This position plays a pivotal role in upholding Maverick Hospitality’s standards of quality, safety, and guest satisfaction across all venues.

Executive Chef/ Kitchen Manager

We’re hiring an Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations at Layla’s American Tavern, a vibrant neighborhood restaurant in South Boston known for its welcoming atmosphere and has continued to build an outstanding reputation with our guests and our local community since opening in Summer 2023. This role is ideal for a passionate leader ready to elevate our guest experience, inspire our team, and uphold our commitment to exceptional food and service. 

Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team at Layla's American Tavern, our South Boston location. You will work under the guidance of our General Manager who will help to coach and develop our teams and focus on exceeding guests' expectations. You will be an integral part of our amazing management team who have dedicated themselves to a positive work culture and to exceeding our guests’ expectations on every visit.

Sous Chef

We are currently recruiting qualified Sous Chefs for an opportunity to join our Culinary Team at The Bowery Bar in Dorchester. Under guidance of your restaurant’s Executive Chef, you will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent guest service.
